What was Wrong

In a world diluted by dozens of dessert manufacturers, I needed to find a way to make WOW! Factor stand out in the crowd.

Action Taken

Most of our competitors treat collateral support materials as an afterthought; from the start I treated them as the only thought. I have taken great pride in making sure that any collateral we do is gold standard, the best of the best in our industry. Perception is reality and our reality is that WOW! Factor Desserts is a top manufacturer of the highest quality products on the market.

The Results

With sales on a growth curve, everytime we touch a customer we have to reflect our philosophy of being the best of the best - period. Comments are continuously received about how good the marketing materials we create are. Comparing them to some we have seen from other manufacturers, I'm not surprised. Marketing materials don't have to be expensive to sell but they do have to be good and tell a story.
